The Zielona Góra District Court has registered the capital increase of Seco/Warwick SA related to the acquisition of 50% of the shares in Retech System LLC. This means that the final formal requirement for the transaction has been completed, and Seco/Warwick SA is now the 100% owner of Retech Systems LLC.
