The SECO/WARWICK Group, one of the world’s leading producers of equipment for heat treatment of metals and for metallurgy, achieved very rapid growth in its financial results through the first three quarters of this year and further improvement in the condition of most of the group companies, thanks to restructuring programs currently underway.
The SECO/WARWICK Group, one of the world’s leading producers of equipment for heat treatment of metals, recorded strong growth in its financial results in the 1st half of 2011 and improvement in most of the group companies. Consolidated revenue during the period rose by 138%, to PLN 154.7 million. EBITDA was almost PLN 5 million, and net profit PLN 1.1 million, as against losses a year earlier.
Seco/Warwick ThermAL SA, a member of the SECO/WARWICK Group, one of the world’s leading producers of equipment for heat treatment of metals, has signed three new contracts for a total value of EUR 5 million (about PLN 19.7 million).
The SECO/WARWICK Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturer of metal heat treatment equipment, has established a subsidiary in Germany, operating under the name of SECO/WARWICK GmbH and having its registered office in Stuttgart.
The SECO/WARWICK Group, one of the world’s leading producers of equipment for heat treatment of metals, generated revenue through four quarters of 2010 of PLN 191.82 million—56% higher than in 2009. Net profit as of the end of 2010 was PLN 18.2 million, compared to a loss the year before.
Seco/Warwick SA and Seco/Warwick Corporation, members of the SECO/WARWICK Group, one of the world’s leading producers of equipment for heat treatment of metals, signed new contracts at the turn of 2010 and 2011 for a total of over PLN 19.2 million.
