Board of Directors

Jeffrey Boswell – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Jeffrey Boswell is a graduate of Gannon University. In 1978 – 1983 he was a project engineer at Sunbeam Equipment Corp. He has been with SECO/WARWICK Corp. since 1984. In 1984 – 1986 he worked as a project engineer, then in 1987 – 1989 as product manager. He has served as vice-president of SECO/WARWICK Corp. for 16 years. He has been an officer of the Industrial Heating Equipment Association for 9 years, first as chairman and later as a board member, and he is a board member of the CuproBraze Alliance for the last 5 years. He has been President of SECO/WARWICK Corp. since 2005. Between February 1st 2007 – March 1st 1986 he worked as President of SECO/WARWICK S.A., as well as vice-president of Retech. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 18 June 2009. 

Henryk Pilarski – Deputy Chairman of the Board 
A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology, he completed postgraduate studies there in economics and management. In 1991 he completed a course of study in human resources management in Brussels at the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium. Also in 1991, he completed a course of study for members of supervisory boards of State Treasury companies, organized by the Polish Ministry of Privatization. In 1996 he completed the Essential Principles of Fund Management program offered by Crane Davies Management Consultants in London. In 1967 – 1975 he worked at the Agricultural Construction Installation Enterprise in Gdańsk. In 1975 he worked at the Northern Shipyard in Gdańsk. In 1975 – 1980 he worked at the Agricultural Construction Steel Structure and Installation Enterprise in Pruszcz Gdański. In 1981 – 1984 he was plant manager at the WUTEH Advertising Equipment Production and Installation Enterprise in Gdańsk. From 1984 to 1991 he was director of ZUO Hydroster in Gdańsk. Starting in 1991, he ran his own business under the name ITEK Henryk Pilarski in Gdańsk. Since 1993 he has held a 60% share in the partnership RES Consulting Gdańsk s.c. Since 2005 he has served as a member of the supervisory board of PKS Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Elterma. He has served as chairman of the supervisory board of SECO/WARWICK since 2007. He has been Deputy Chairman of the Board since 18 June 2009.
 
Piotr Kowalewski – Deputy Chairman of the Board
He holds a law degree from Mickiewicz University in Poznań and has been a legal advisor since 1996. In 1993 – 1997 he was employed as a lawyer and legal advisor at Gospodarczy Bank Wielkopolski S.A. He has been co-owner of the law firm of Formalik & Kowalewski since 1997. He has served as a lecturer at the Center for Economic Education at the College of Banking (WSB) in Poznań since 1995, at the Banking Center for Consulting and Education (BODiE) since 1997, and at the Foundation for Development of Cooperative Banking since 2005. He has served as deputy chairman of the supervisory board of SECO/WARWICK since 2007. He has been Deputy Chairman of the Board since 18 June 2009.
 
Piotr Kula – Board Member 
He holds a degree from the Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the Łódź University of Technology, and completed postgraduate studies in teaching there in 1978. In 1982 he earned a doctorate in technology, followed by a habilitation degree in 1994. He has served as a professor of mechanical engineering at the Łódź University of Technology since 2001, where he has taught since 1975. In 2002 he became the dean of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty at the Łódź University of Technology. In 2004 – 2006 he was a scientific consultant to the Bełchatów-Kleszczów Industry & Technology Park. In 1990 – 2006 he was a shareholder (50% owner) and CEO of Trycon Sp. z o.o. (which ceased trading and entered liquidation on 10 April 2006). He has served as a member of the supervisory board of SECO/WARWICK since 2007.
 
Artur Rusiecki – Board Member 
Artur Rusiecki is a graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder, USA, area of emphasis: finance.
In 2000-2002 he was appointed as a Financial Controller at Ownership Supervision Department of Elektrim Group S.A. Next (2002-2004), he was a Financial Analyst in the M&A department of TP INVEST Sp. z o.o. - advisory entity of Telekomunikacja Polska Group S.A. During 2005-2007 he held position of Financial Manager at Investor Relations Department at PKN ORLEN S.A.
In 2007-2008 Mr. Rusiecki was an Investor Relations Director at CTL Logistics S.A., being responsible for active coordination of the divestment process of the Company to a private equity fund.
Since 2008 he is employed as a Director at ICENTIS Capital Sp. z o.o., independent company concentrating on the management of private equity fund investments in the Polish middle and upper middle market. Mr. Rusiecki specializes in analysis and recommendation of prospective investment projects, transaction structuring and execution as well as preparation of valuation & business models.
He is a CFA Level 3 Candidate - Chartered Financial Analyst programme. He has been a member of the supervisory board of SECO/WARWICK since 2010.

Mariusz Czaplicki – Board Member
Mariusz Czaplicki is graduate of Gdansk University. In 1997 – 1998 he was Finance Director at Hoechst Schering Agrevo Polska . In 1999 – 2006 he was Board Member and Finance Director at Rigips Polska and Finance Director for East and Central Europe in BPB plc. In 2007 – 2008 he was Finance Director at Falck Medycyna and in 2009 Board Member and Finance Director at Olsztynskie Kopalne Surowcoew Mineralnych (CRH plc.). Since 2010 he has been President of the Board at this company and Member of Board of Directors at SECO/WARWICK S.A.
