For the needs of Elterma S.A plants there was accomplished a part of the project concerning the construction of control cabinets for equipment of the line AFS-5, washer WSD and transport system. Now, the preparation of software for Siemens and Protherm 400 drivers, as well as the visualisation system is underway.

Within the project the employees of Zakład Elektryczny SWSA (Energy Plant) connected the customer’s existing devices to the common server, on which the data gathering system, Historian Wonderware, was installed. The total was integrated with the remaining part of the plant with the use of customer tools Active Factory, for which predefined production reports were prepared. Additionally, the application was equipped with the GSM alarm system notifying operators of more important occurrences.
New versions of SAT and TUS reports with the comprehensive adaptation of control system with the requirements of AMS 2750 D flight norm for the Customer in Turkey.

Together with the furnace 2.0VP407385MHV there was delivered the control system equipped with the series of functions that facilitate the utilization of the device in compliance with the norm requirements. The system includes, among others,:
• Thermo-elements operation time control,
• Service, filing system, as well as SAT and TUS reports
• Service parameters which make it possible to configure the system for the proper class of a device and measurement equipment
