SECO/WARWICK has completed commissioning a 2 BAR High Vacuum Brazing Furnace in the USA to enhance their vacuum brazing capabilities for specialized products used in fabricating machinery.
2 BAR High Vacuum Brazing Furnace
The VP is an advanced cold wall, front-loading vacuum furnace incorporating pressure gas quenching. The furnace requires minimum floor space with an internal re-circulation blower and heat exchanger. The 400 x 400 x 600 mm hot zone enables loading up to maximum 200 kg gross weight.
Durable graphite insulation and heaters provide long, reliable service in this heavy-duty furnace designed for the industrial work place. The pumping system, power supply and cooling systems are generously sized to enable a wide range of industrial heat treatment applications including quench hardening and tempering, low pressure carburizing, degassing, annealing and solution heat treatment. The cooling gas re-circulation system includes a multi-nozzle gas feed arrangement to optimize the uniformity and rate of cooling of the load during quenching.
