Paweł Wyrzykowski – President of the Management Board
Mr Wyrzykowski has completed higher education, being a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1992-1998, he worked for the Creditanstalt group in Vienna and Warsaw. In 1998, he was employed by the Pfleiderer AG group, a leading manufacturer of materials for the furniture industry. In 1998-2001, Mr Wyrzykowski held the position of Chief Financial Officer and member of the management board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A., to become president of the company's management board in 2003. Subsequently, he served as member of the management board of Pfleiderer AG of Neumarkt in Germany (2009-2011). |
Andrzej Zawistowski – Vice-President
He holds an engineering degree from the present University of Zielona Góra. In 1970 – 1984 he worked at Elterma as section director. In 1984 – 1986 he was service director at Inter-Vac in Warsaw. In 1986 – 1991 he was co-owner and director of Trans-Vac s.c. in Świebodzin. In 1996 – 2005 he was a shareholder and CEO of HTC Nitrex in Częstochowa. He was a co-owner of SECO/WARWICK Sp. z o.o. starting from 1991, and served from 1991 until 1 February 2007 as chairman of the management board. He has worked since 1 March 2007 as director for strategy at SECO/WARWICK S.A. He has served as deputy chairman of the management board of SECO/WARWICK S.A. since February 2007.
Wojciech Modrzyk – Vice-President
He earned a master’s degree from the Mechanical Engineering Department at what is now the University of Zielona Góra, with a specialization in automotive exploitation and marketing. Hi is also graduate of MBA studies at the Poznań University of Economics (in conjunction with Georgia State University). In 1997 – 1998 he served as regional representative for Profor Z.P.Ch. He has worked at SECO/WARWICK since 1998, first as sales specialist, then as coordinator of projects for Systherms GmbH (Würzburg, Germany), then as salesman for cooperation with Systherms. In 2001 – 2003 he was head of the vacuum furnace business group, from 2003 sales director, and from 2005 assistant general manager. In 2007 – 2008 he served as director of the vacuum factory and development manager. He has been a member of the management board since 1 May 2008.
Witold Klinowski – Operational Committee Member
He holds an engineering degree from the present University of Zielona Góra. In 1970 – 1990 he worked as chief quality specialist at Elterma. In 1990 – 1991 he worked at Trans-Vac s.c. in Świebodzin as director of production. He has served as a member of the management board of SECO/WARWICK from 1991 until the present. He has served as a member of the supervisory board of Elterma S.A. since 2004. He also serves as Managing Director of SECO/WARWICK S.A.
Józef Olejnik – Operational Committee Member
He holds an engineering degree from the present University of Zielona Góra, and in 1972 completed postgraduate studies at the Szczecin University of Technology. In 1970 – 1990 he worked at Elterma S.A. In 1990 – 1991 he was chief engineer at Trans-Vac s.c. in Świebodzin. He has been chief engineer at SECO/WARWICK since 1991. He has been a member of the management board since 2004.
